What does it cost me?
Nothing. The device is free and there's no obligation beyond keeping it displayed where customers can see it.
What do I actually have to do?
Keep it charged (it charges from a phone cable and lasts months) and displayed somewhere customers can see it. That's it.
How is a sale credited to me?
Every Wavepane shows a unique QR code. When a customer scans the one on your wall, that scan is linked to your device for 60 days, so any purchase in that window is credited to you — automatically.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, via Stripe, after a 30-day return window on each sale. Your referral rate is confirmed when you enroll and locked for 12 months.
Will you share customer information with me?
No. You see scan and sale counts and dates — never names, emails, or any personal information.
Can I host more than one?
Yes — mention it in the form and we'll talk about additional locations or units.
What if it doesn't drive any sales?
No cost and no penalty. If a location isn't a fit, we may ask for the unit back at renewal — that's the extent of it.
